The Minister for the Interior refused a permit for a rally in Kaneshie on grounds of “anticipated disorder”. Counsel for the appellant contends art. 21(1)(d) is engaged.
Counsel, you say the freedom is unqualified. Read clause (4) again. Is the Minister’s power not preserved by the very article you rely on?

Why you can trust the answer
Lawyers have been sanctioned in several jurisdictions for filing submissions containing cases that never existed. Archangel is built so that cannot be the failure mode: the model does not answer from memory, it answers from retrieved text, and it shows you that text.

Every answer ends with a number: how well the retrieved authority supports what was just said. It measures grounding, not correctness — which is exactly why it is useful.

Security & privilege
A tenancy dispute, a redundancy, a land title, a shareholder fight — the documents users bring here are the most sensitive things they own. The architecture treats that as the first requirement, not a compliance page.
Archangel is designed against the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843): lawful basis, purpose limitation, data-subject access and deletion on request. Using the platform does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and it does not attract legal professional privilege. Where privilege matters, keep your lawyer in the loop.
Passwords are hashed with scrypt and a per-user salt, and verified in constant time. Sessions are opaque 256-bit tokens; only their SHA-256 digest is written to the database, so a stolen table cannot be replayed against the app.
File bytes live in object storage keyed per workspace; only names, checksums and analysis live in Postgres. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with checksums on every version.
Share a document with a colleague, a client or opposing counsel at read, comment or edit level — with an expiry date. Grants are enforced server-side on every request, not hidden in the UI.
Sign-ins, failed attempts, document reads, analyses and shares are written to an append-only audit log with actor, action, target and time. Repeated failed logins are throttled automatically.
Documents and conversations are used to answer your questions and nothing else. No cross-tenant retrieval: an answer can only cite the shared legal corpus and material inside your own workspace.
Every preview deployment runs against its own isolated database branch. Production data never travels backwards into a test, and a test can never write forwards into production.
